Call Option
Call options give the taker the right, but not the obligation, to buy the underlying shares at a predetermined price, on or before a predetermined date.

Leverage provides the potential to make a higher return from a smaller initial outlay than investing directly. Controlling a large asset with a relatively small amount of cash. In real estate, $25,000 down payment (or less) can be used to purchase (control) a $100,000 home, for example.
Options Trading
Options Trading, sometimes referred to as Renting Shares is a share market strategy which involves two parties engaging in a contract that the taker (buyer) the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell a security at a predetermined price on or before a predetermined date. To acquire this right the taker pays a premium to the writer (seller) of the contract. There are two types of options available “Call Options and “Put Options”.

Put Option
Put options give the taker the right but not the obligation to sell the underlying shares at a predetermined price on or before a predetermined date. The taker of a put is only required to deliver the underlying shares if they exercise the option.
